ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Solid Gun Works. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://solidgunworks.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, transfers, or content offered by Solid Industries LLC d/b/a Solid Gun Works (“Solid Gun Works,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, initiating an FFL transfer, or otherwise engaging with our services, you signify your agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.
ELIGIBILITY
The Site and our services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. To purchase certain products — including firearms, ammunition, and regulated accessories — you must meet additional age and legal eligibility requirements established by federal, state, and local law.
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are legally eligible under federal, state, and local law to purchase or receive any products you order.
- You are not a “prohibited person” as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any applicable state law.
- All information you provide is true, current, and complete.
- Your purchase and possession of any product ordered does not violate any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a federally licensed firearms dealer, government agency, or other qualified entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity and that the entity meets all applicable eligibility requirements.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including without limitation for any violation of these Terms, for fraud or suspected fraud, for failure to meet eligibility requirements, or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Company, our customers, or third parties.
FIREARMS, AMMUNITION, AND REGULATED PRODUCTS
Federal, State, and Local Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your purchase, possession, transport, and use of any firearm, ammunition, or regulated product. We do not represent that any product is legal for purchase, possession, or use in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that the product you order — including its features, capacity, configuration, and any included accessories — is legal in your state, county, and municipality before placing your order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our sole discretion, that we believe may violate any law or regulation, or that involves a destination jurisdiction where we do not ship.
FFL Transfers
All firearms must be transferred through a federally licensed firearms dealer (“FFL”). When you purchase a firearm from us, you must designate a valid receiving FFL at the time of purchase or promptly thereafter. The receiving FFL must provide a current copy of their license before we will ship.
You are responsible for:
- Selecting and coordinating with the receiving FFL.
- Paying any transfer, background check, or processing fees charged by the receiving FFL.
- Completing all required paperwork (including ATF Form 4473) and successfully passing the required background check at the receiving FFL.
If the transfer cannot be completed because the buyer fails the background check, fails to appear, refuses the transfer, or is otherwise legally ineligible to take possession, the firearm will be returned to us at the buyer’s expense. A restocking fee may apply, and any non-refundable shipping, transfer, or compliance costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
Inbound FFL Transfers
If you are using Solid Gun Works as your receiving FFL, you agree to comply with our posted transfer procedures, including providing valid government-issued identification, completing ATF Form 4473, and successfully passing the required NICS background check. Transfer fees are due at the time of pickup.
We reserve the right to refuse any transfer at our discretion, including without limitation if we have reason to believe the transfer would violate any law, if the buyer is delayed or denied by NICS, or if the buyer appears unable to lawfully take possession.
Ammunition and Hazmat
Ammunition and certain other products are classified as hazardous materials and are subject to additional shipping restrictions, fees, and adult signature requirements at delivery. Ammunition shipments may be restricted in certain jurisdictions and are non-returnable once shipped except as required by law.
Age Verification at Delivery
Shipments containing firearms, ammunition, or other age-restricted products require an adult signature (21+ for handguns and handgun ammunition; 18+ for long guns and long-gun ammunition) at delivery. Carriers will not leave these shipments unattended.
PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, inventory error, or other inaccuracy, we reserve the right — with or without notice and at our sole discretion — to:
- Correct the error.
- Cancel any affected order, including orders that have been confirmed or for which payment has been processed.
- Refuse or limit quantities of any product.
- Refuse service to any customer.
If your order is canceled due to such an error after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Listed inventory is subject to prior sale, manufacturer back-order, and supply-chain delays outside our control.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit any order at our sole discretion. An order is not accepted until we have processed payment, verified eligibility (including FFL verification where applicable), and shipped the product. An order confirmation email is not a guarantee of acceptance.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information you supply is true and accurate.
We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Your payment information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the policies of our payment processors.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs, methods, and timeframes are presented at checkout. Title and risk of loss for non-FFL items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For firearms and other FFL-required items, title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the receiving FFL.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages once delivered, or any consequential damages arising from shipping delays or non-delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with carrier claims.
We do not ship to freight forwarders. We reserve the right to cancel any order destined for a freight forwarder without notice.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Firearms that have been transferred to the buyer (i.e., where ATF Form 4473 has been completed) are non-returnable except where required by law or in the case of a manufacturer defect requiring warranty service through the manufacturer.
INSTRUCTIONAL CONTENT AND SAFETY
The Site may contain articles, videos, blog posts, product descriptions, and other content related to firearms, ammunition, accessories, and shooting sports (collectively, “Instructional Content”). Instructional Content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for hands-on training, manufacturer instructions, or qualified professional guidance.
Firearms are inherently dangerous. Improper handling, modification, storage, or use can result in serious injury or death. By accessing the Site or relying on any Instructional Content, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful handling, storage, and use of any firearm or related product.
- You will read and follow all manufacturer instructions and applicable safety guidelines.
- You will seek qualified, in-person training before handling any firearm.
- Solid Gun Works is not responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss resulting from your use of any product or your reliance on any Instructional Content.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, refuse, or remove any User Contribution at our sole discretion.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLID GUN WORKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the product manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLID INDUSTRIES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED, OR ANY CONTENT ACCESSED, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SOLID GUN WORKS FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solid Industries LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of the Site or any product or service;

DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product or service — including the validity, scope, or enforceability of this arbitration provision — shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall be conducted in Polk County, Florida, or, at your election, in your county of residence. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND SOLID GUN WORKS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within the scope of that court’s jurisdiction, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable in whole or in part, the remainder shall continue in effect, and any remaining dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Florida.
EXPORT COMPLIANCE
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including without limitation the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). You will not export, re-export, or transfer any product purchased from Solid Gun Works in violation of any such law or regulation.
MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solid Gun Works regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements.
